If you're looking for someone who is professional, creative, solution-oriented, talented, and reasonably priced, look no further than HD Innovations. Hamed has done several projects for me and I've always been happy with his work!

He re-did the basement at my home to include two bathrooms, a wet bar, bedroom, office, storage, and laundry room.  No request was too much or too odd (yes, we wanted a pink ceiling).

When my neighbors put up a beautifully intricate wooden fence, I wanted a gate to match it.  Hamed put together a beautiful wooden gate that was strong AND well balanced to support the weight.

When I was having difficulty with ice build-up in the gutters, he came up with a very clever solution to keep the needles from the pine tree at bay, while re-doing the downspout system to include a french-drain.

As with any project, there are always unexpected and sometimes unpleasant surprises.  Hamed has always been solution-oriented, which is wonderfully necessary.   Take for instance when my kitchen sink backed up and it appeared that we were going to have to jack-hammer my basement floor, he instead re-did the plumbing and re-routed it through the ceiling which was far more effective and economical.    When we asked for new flooring in our basement, he noted the unevenness of the existing floors and researched the best types of solutions to create something level.

They do great work, with dedication that is rare these days.  We've had them do work at two different locations and we couldn't be happier with the results.  One was a full basement with a showcase bathroom and the other was fixing up a basement and extending a small bathroom into a bigger, better one.  We like nice bathrooms :)

If the price seems high, which we didn't think it was, then I would say they back it up with quality work.  We felt the price was fair, especially with cost of supplies these days and the workmanship.

I was even surprised with extra work he did in my basement office.  The attention to detail, the lights he used, and the overall look was super cool.
